When I dropped my taxes off and filled out the form for them I made note of things that I wanted to them to look in to, to call if they needed anything I may have forgotten and to book a appointment after to go everything. They did not read my note and when I went in they were not able to go over it. I asked about what I made note of and none of them seemed to know what I was talking about. Rachel Yue is likely the worst tax consultant I've ever met, she had little clue what she was doing, couldn't figure out how to submit work expense deductions, and actively googled nearly every other form I needed submitted.

This H and R Block is awesome! Loai provides exceptional service and ensures that every client receives the best refund they are able to. He also takes the time to go over everything and educate clients so they are confident in their taxes and more financially literate. I cannot thank him enough!

This review is for the H and R Block at the Glamorgan location. Loai has been our accountant for 2 years. My husband and I have always appreciated his ability to teach his clients and make our taxes as easy as possible to understand.
