I was really disappointed. I’m not typically the one to leave reviews but this time it felt necessary. I had confirmed prior to coming in that I needed to bring whatever physical T4’s I had, and that they could access the rest through their system. I was also told that they can bypass the CRA if I’m having trouble gaining access. (Which I knew to take with a grain of salt).
