Horrible customer service at the Glenmore Landing H&R Block - what a terrible experience. The lady “greeted” us with a nasty look, was very rude and condescending, and was of absolutely no help at all. We were actually taken aback at how rude and incompetent she was. Not only did she offer no help, she did so in a very rude way. Would actually give this experience 0 stars if possible. Elba Soto is the best Tax Professional ever! She’s extremely helpful and makes everything extremely easy to understand! I’m young and don’t know much about doing taxes but she teaches me everything I need to know. Highly recommend:)
dont come here. they'll tell you they can pull up all past or present t4s (they cant) in order to do previous years and when your still unsure they'll sell you "piece of mind" insurance incase they messed something up it will ensure the government wont bend you over in 6 months. well i believed them.. not only did they take 800$ for insurance the government inevitably bent me over. h&r block told me to take a hike 6 months later after dozens of emails and phone calls with people on the other side of the planet because the lo... read more

I have been doing my tax return at the Glenmore landing H&r Block for years. Elba Soto is my tax specialist and is an exceptional tax expert and a very special person. This branch of H&r is full of caring, wonderful tax specialists that give incredible service and that personal touch that everybody needs.
