This is my first time experience at H&R Block because my tax preparer made an error in my distribution, causing a delay in receiving my funds. Wanted to just transfer to direct deposit because that’s what was previously discussed, but this old lady was so rude and condescending. She kept saying “You can go to the one on Ames.” From the error with my tax preparer to this rude lady. I won’t ever do business with H&R Block again and I will be telling everyone I know.
They are very nice
Barbara Thompson was extremely rude and unkind. She talked down to me as if I was trash when I came to apply for the refund advance for Christmas. The website says to bring in bank statements and as I did this she looked through them repeatedly Saying loudly so the whole office could hear how pathetic and minimal my Income was. She was rude, abrasive, unkind and not understanding at all.
