From the initial call ti the wonderful front desk lady all the way to my agent who helped, it was excellent and professional. Mind you i came very last minute and they were great! Michelle was thorough and precise oh and very patient. I will be going to her only from now on. You guys need to keep her, she is a major asset to the business.
Today at 5 I had an appointment, miss remembered the time, I went to H&R Block for assistance as the app was the cause of the confusion. I was treated by a lovely lady’s and my H&R Block representative Jillian, was a comfort in dealing with my already overwhelmed life as she helped me remove this stress from my workload. I called and guy I talked too said they close at 6pm I get there at 5:35pm and the place it's locked I drove all the way from Springfield for nothing.
