It was easy but I expected to get more of a return
I have nothing against H&R Block but this office is terrible. It's a joke. The "professional" we had didn't contact us for a week after we submitted our information even to say she recieved it. So we had called into the office and the guy that answered the phone didn't know how to read the notes in the system and so then I asked for our person's phone number or email and he sighed and gave the email.
