Horrible came as a walk-in. Waited almost an hour the lady in the front was kind and sweet. Ask out loud for account if she can take me as a walk after she was done. Little I know her next appointment was at 12pm and the appointee arrived 5min late. And she was priorize over me as I was next in line. I had a puppy waiting for me in a car. I couldn't wait any longer cause I have to priorize my puppy waiting in the car at a 29 degrees cold weather. Worst HR block I ever been too.
