Horrible service! The lady who did my taxes was rude and way over charged me $500 for a simple return?!?!
We had an appointment at 4. The front desk woman told us it was going to be a small wait. 1 hour later and still no sign of help. We cancelled our appointment and walked out. We will be seeking tax help elsewhere
