I went to the same lady I've been to the last couple of years and she's always so pleasant. This time even though she had a smile on her face she seemed annoyed by the fact that I preferred to come in to the office. She raced through it even grabbed the signing thing and did it herself. I commented that I could barely see it because it was in the sunlight and she said, everyone is having that problem and grabbed it away and did it herself.
