Very disappointing. Got told ‘there is no difference between you lodging here or doing it yourself’. No effort to maximise tax return, highly unprofessional for a tax agent. If looking in the area, would highly recommend going to the Norwood store instead - completely different experience, actually knowledgeable, professional & really having client interests at the forefront. Glad I did not lodge through Unley, would’ve missed out on hundreds of dollars!!!
Woman was polite but had a poor understanding of the English Language, especially trying to explain a complex tax situation. Will not be using this office again.
