$230 for them to put the wrong checking account information in. Should of had my refund by now but now I have to fill out some forms for the IRS, verify my identity through the IRS website which isn't working, then once I verify my identity using a system that doesn't work, I'll receive my refund in 6 to 8 weeks via check. All because the "tax professional" I paid $230 to couldn't type my checking account informing correctly using a voided blank check. Go somewhere else, don't waste your money. Great trustworthy team!
Local tax filing was prepared incorrectly and had to be amended by another tax professional from a different H&R Block office.
Be aware, the website shows false pricing and they did it on purpose. We only had 2 W2's and they tried to charge $390 not the $89 it showed online.
