I was able to get an appointment right away, even though it was only a few days from the tax deadline. My tax agent was very helpful, friendly, and patient. I showed up with a large stack of paperwork and a lot of confusion. I was treated very well and assured from the tax agent that he will go through everything in a timely manner and finish the work promptly. I give an A+ to the service I received.
I have always had a good and a professionally done tax return and and always got back a great return.
I am very happy with my return. The tax professional is quick, efficient and easy to get a hold of.
They refused to give copy of taxes done, filed them before discussing, they said they have no idea when they will be able to discuss. Very dissatisfied.
