staff was friendly, tax professional was good, everything when it comes to the office and the customer service is great but be warned, if you have to file with multiple tax documents or played with stocks they charge extra for every document, i figure they would have a complex filing service with a flat fee but they nickle and dime you for each document
This office of H & R Block overall did a good job, but they do not communicate well with clients regarding the status of your return. They needed information but did not reach out to me for clarification, I had to call them and then it was confusing.
H&R Block are very professional, and their service is excellent.
