Horrible, Ashley and Heather both looked at our tax return and made multiple mistakes, apparently we don't live in the United States?! News to me! Do not schedule an appointment with them unless it is with an actual "tax pro" with years of experience. My child could have filed my taxes with less mistakes than these two.
