First time using the Lebanon office, they made a mistake which resulted in a letter from the IRS. Made us take three trips to the office to correct the error, so we asked for a full refund. They said they would give us one. NEVER RECEIVED IT and now we can't get a phone call returned. DO NOT use this office.
This place can mess up my taxes multiple times not answer my messages act completely like they have no idea what's going on and not make sense on the phone and even when I call in and fix the mistake that they made when they said they couldn't read my picture of my w2 it's unclear so they file it as if the state tax was never taken out instead of tell me it's unclear in the picture so I send another like I did and be unclear so I would send another like I did and they didn't even tell me that was the issue until the end they... read more
My tax advisor was amazing! I had a lot of different forms after changing jobs halfway through the year & he handled everything expertly. Best experience at an H&R block ever, will be back next year.
