Took my Mom to H&R Block on 64th in Lanlgey to get her Income Tax done. We had Susan Luhmert who was awesome. She was knowledgeable, took time to explain things, was quick and extremely helpful. Definitely will be going back to her next year.
I have been going to H&R for 15yrs. There is no feeling like knowing your taxes are in good hands. Thanks to Susan L (Langley on 64th) you made my visit quick and painless. Give this woman a raise! See you next year Susan.
I've been doing my taxes here for years but walked out of my appointment today. I will not be back. The woman at the front desk was so rude she accepted a fake phone call so she wouldn't have to answer my question. Then when I did bring up certain aspects of my taxes the next woman seemed a little unaware of what my return entailed. The first woman gave me a bad feeling and the second one really drove it home. I walked out and will be doing my taxes elsewhere
Horribly disorganized and confrontational experience. My wife and I decided to go in to file our tax return this year as we have recently separated and are having trouble filing online. Wife made the appointment, gave all the appropriate information (ie. Recently separated, both of us need to come in, insolvency is a factor). She was told that we could come in at 5pm and we would be sorted right out, no need to have cash on hand for any fees. When we got there, a lady approached us with some forms.
