I’ve filed with block for the last 13+ years. I’ve never had any issues until this year. The tax preparer that I had was rude didn’t explain anything and my emerald card was never sent to me. I spent 2 hours there and usually it’s only half hour. Well with how rude the tax preparer was to me while my daughter was sitting there I made a complaint.
