I am very happy how Jeff handled my taxes, no problem there, but there was a big problem, I was sent a document saying if I bring in a new customer I would get 20 dollar gift card, what a joke, they make is so hard to redeem, all the codes you have to enter to try to redeem it, I believe they do it one purpose for people can't redeem there 20 bucks, I entered my code and i thought that would be it, but to my surprise they wanted me to enter over 35 combinations of letters and numbers and if on letter or number are wrong you ... read more
I helped in a timely manner, by a wonderful lady and i was 100%satisfied with her work.
I was at h&r block today the tax preparers were really nice for doing my taxes and they helped me out the door because I was physically disabled and they also help my girlfriend out she was also disabled and it was very fast
Like it there they are kind to work with Great work.
