They hold your money for over a month (probably gonna be 5 at this rate) if you do it by check but tell you it’s been sent out. BS. They took their money out once THEY received MY checks and took out their “cut” for the filing fee 32 DAYS AGO. If you make an appointment on their website, don’t even bother going because they’ll say it was actually a waitlist and not an appointment because that “their office and website isn’t as connected as people think it is”. Yeah, as in call you three hours before your appointment to tell you it wasn’t actually an appointment in the first place… Both receptionists, Madison and Diana talked over me every time i tried to speak so it was completely unhelpful.
