Karen, my tax associate in Covington is amazing when it comes to finding discounts and deductions... This is why I've gone back to her the past 3 years... The low rating is for the major increase on fees and the fact that they do add-on services without talking to you first.... In addition to clueless front desk personnel.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My sister received a letter from the IRS stating that she owes over $900 to the government because they never filed her 2022 taxes. She paid them over $400 last year just for them to not only forget to file them for over a year, but also not have the information on the paperwork correct. They just filed her 2022 taxes this year and never informed her of their mistake. She had to find out on her own from logging into her account online.
