Filed incorrectly and got us audited. Now won't answer any of our messages. Looking to take them to court! Avoid at all costs! Going to a proper accountant is not that much more expensive

I wish I could give 0 stars! My husband started our return online but decided to make an appointment so we could make sure everything was correct. I actually think we would have done a better job. The “tax expert” couldn’t even answer any of our tax questions. We were not asked if we have dependents (which we do) even though my husband provided the information online. Jewellyn has been awesome the past 2 years I've visited this office! She's kind, professional, and fun to talk to while completing the process. I also really appreciates that she takes the time to explain the numbers to me right before submitting.
