I wish I could give 0 stars! My husband started our return online but decided to make an appointment so we could make sure everything was correct. I actually think we would have done a better job. The “tax expert” couldn’t even answer any of our tax questions. We were not asked if we have dependents (which we do) even though my husband provided the information online.
