Excellent experience 2025 tax season. I needed my taxes filed for 2022 and I didn’t have any of my prior w2 forms. Chad and Billie both went above to try to make sure I was able to obtain forms. They was persistent on different approaches and ways to get the right forms. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. I wouldn’t recommend the Clinton branch and I will be back.
Great service as always
Made an appointment to have our taxes double checked behind us before filing at home.(which we had done the year before at no charge with this company) Verified three times on the phone that there would be no charge for them to check behind us to make sure our return of $35 was correct. After having our numbers checked, we were told that we were being charged a $75 fee. Very disappointed in this company and lack of communication.
