Came in mid March after supplying every document that was requested in the portal. Tax "Professional" had absolutely nothing done prior to my arrival and spent two hours typing information as slowly as possible into the system that should have been done ahead of time. We then ran out of time and two additional forms needed to be generated. I was told 1-2 weeks to get those forms generated and finalize. Four weeks later I needed to file for an extension because they were not completed, six weeks later I am still not finished.... read more
