I have used HR Block for 8 years and always had a great experience, until this year. I completed my taxes online and submitted for a tax pro review (which is an extra fee). My federal return was rejected, likely because I got married and had a name change in 2023, so I was instructed by the app to file out an IRS form and send to my tax pro (who is at this physical location) so she could review and file for me (again, an extra fee, but fine).
