The fee for my taxes went up over 30% this year to $630. If you use these guys ask them how much it’s going to cost before you let them start, otherwise you might be in for a huge surprise.
Had my taxes done and arranged for all fees to come out of my return for expedited filing. 14 days later my tax info still wasn't in the Federal IRS System yet so I called my H&R Block office looking for answers, 2 days later they finally figured out what was going on and responded. They never filed cause we didn't pay for them that day,they did finally fix it (16 days later) ... so much for expedited service and it still cost over $200 even though they screwed it up.
I called for information and spoke with Leanne. If you want real assistance, without receiving an attitude for asking questions than this is the location. I will 100% utilize this location for my needs.
Charged me 800$$ to do my taxes. Needless to say I’ll never go to h and r block ever again. Women told me after three hours of her struggling to get thru my 2022 it would cost 500 and I nearly ran out ( should have!) but I’d sat there for so long and just wanted it done. 300 to do my 2023. I feel disgusted by the whole process. I was never told in advance how much this would cost. Never again.
