I would avoid them. What a mess of a business. I needed their assistance on an amendment for a past filing of which the date is approaching upon which I will be unable to amend. A tax professional was assigned to me and did a rush job on assessing the situation and told me I do not need an amendment. I looked over the paperwork again and asked a simple question.
