I got my taxes done yesterday by Charles Nazzaro. He was extremely helpful during the entire process and was very knowledgeable and nice too.

Rating is based mostly on pricing of services and not service of employee in the location. I typically file my own taxes, though I filed late and so decided it best to go in person to make sure everything was done appropriately. There is an individual fee for every document, basically a la carte, while doing it through the app or on a computer there is one fee to complete taxes.
