Had a fantastic experience at H&R Block today! The staff was incredibly friendly and made the entire process quick and painless. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. Highly recommended.
My wife and I have gone to Yuko Sugawara at H&R Block at this location for 3 years and it has been a fantastic experience every single time! Makes everything very understandable, easy and efficient. Also will answer any question you have without making you feel dumb! Please give her a raise if at all possible!! 10/10 every year and will be going to her every time. :)
Vicky Archer is extremely condescending. Reached out to try to file a POM claim, to perhaps just get some guidance on our situation, and she offered zero guidance and acted in a manner that blamed us for a situation regarding WA Pfmla tax law clarity. Perhaps she has no experience in this area, but I can’t believe how she conducts herself with customers.
