A few years later, and I am still a customer of H&R block. I am extremely lucky that Fran Moano is still my tax preparer. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. She explains everything very well and she had my annual tax filings prepared quickly. So pleased that I tried H&R block a few years ago.
Service was prompt, friendly, thorough, and patient. Time was taken to make sure I understood every step of the process. I felt very comfortable during the entire session. I am very pleased with the service and very confident in the accuracy of my filing.
