This was the first time I used hr block in Canton. Twice the lady just didn't show up to our appt, one other time they called and said she was in Memphis or something. I left my W2 there or I would've went elsewhere. Finally called on filing day a week later to say it was ready. Sit there for an additional 45 minutes to "sign" to finally be told she decided she didn't want to do my son's..at 5:00 filling day. NEVER going to an HR block again.
