Went to get a copy of my 2023 tax return and was given a VERY hard time and in the end was charged $20 to get my OWN records. Horrible customer service, DO NOT go here!!!
I experienced discrepancies from my returns last year, after I paid for a service and never received my refund. I made an appointment with Edna Villanueva, who was visibly annoyed because I wasn't filing for this year until I received what was owed to me from last year. She glanced at the computer and said the return was submitted and to contact NYS dpt of treasury, after doing so NYS confirmed no refund was submitted. Honestly love the little team they have here. I’ve been doing my taxes here for literally years. I’ve worked with Richie and Deborah. They’re wonderful. They take all the anxiety out of filing taxes. At the end of the day what I’m really paying for is peace of mind that everything is filed accordingly.
