Arrived for a walk-in to have my income taxes filed, was immediately helped by Muhammad Israr who found a tax credit I hadn’t noticed, and ultimately scored me a higher return than I expected. He was friendly, quick, and explained everything simply.

Update: after depositing a cheque from H&R Block and waiting 5 days for it to clear I was informed by my bank that it had been returned. The reason being in H&R Blocks end. Now I’m stuck with no refund that I paid $133 for and absolutely no one cares. I’ve received one call from the manager, only because of my Google review. I think H&R Block needs to revisit the main reason people seek out their services. Just so the company knows, I wasn’t able to grocery shop for my children last night and have no idea when I’ll be able to. Please know that my children may spend the weekend hungry due to your staff’s lack of care. What a horrible experience. 2 hours for a simple tax return.
