Michelle was great , & made the process easy !
I never had a problem getting my taxes done with this company and if anything I definitely recommend this company for getting your taxes done if you had at least a few years worth taxes to do like I did in 2021 and that was nice for a year or so too but these days should be absolutely great though too
I had my taxes done by Bonnie at the Delaware Ave location in Kenmore. Unfortunately she entered my payment information wrong and swapped two numbers despite me reading them off to her three times. There was a second screen in the office for the client to review things on but she could not get it to work. I got a letter from the IRS saying my payment was not processed. Very scary to get a letter like that. I am now scrambling to pay the taxes on line despite paying $370 for someone to pay taxes. I am so disappointed. I’m eve... read more
