I had my taxes done by Bonnie at the Delaware Ave location in Kenmore. Unfortunately she entered my payment information wrong and swapped two numbers despite me reading them off to her three times. There was a second screen in the office for the client to review things on but she could not get it to work. I got a letter from the IRS saying my payment was not processed.
