TERRIBLE customer service. I came to this office to have a consultation with Laura with high hopes of a stress free tax year. After she told me it would be $465 to file, for just me with one dependent, I declined because I can do it with TurboTax for a third of the price. She then made it very clear that anything else out of my mouth was a waste of her time. Every person I’ve consulted about this situation said that this is an astronomical price and they’ve never heard of it being that much for such a simple file.
Carol Friar is by far the best tax advisor i've ever dealt with. Her level of experience far exceeds any expectations. I highly recommend making an appointment with her.
Laura was my tax preparer this year and she was PHENOMENAL! She is so nice, patient, and makes everything so easy. I found her by reading others' positive reviews and she was just as wonderful as others have said.
