I had an excellent experience with Anna at H&R Block. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional while helping me with my taxes. She took the time to answer all my questions clearly, explained deductions I wasn’t aware of, and made the whole process fast and stress-free. I really appreciated how friendly and approachable she was, it made a potentially stressful task much easier. Highly recommend Anna if you need someone reliable and thorough for your taxes!

Poor and slow service and they filed my taxes incorrectly, getting me locked out of my cra account. Never use H&R Block. Just google H&R block and read the horror stories before using them.
