I went in there about 10:15 and they opened at 10:00. I had called a couple times before and I just walked in and she was in the back playing on her phone. She acted like it was a lot to get up and come to the desk. She asked me if I was a client with them and if id been there before and I said no and I was trying to keep saying what I was there for and she shut me down and said she didn’t think she had appointments for today and she didn’t do walk ins. We followed Linda Harris's advice to the letter, and now I'm in a financial bind with my payroll and the IRS. It's a big case that we are having to work out. I would not advise using this unit, let alone H&R Block. They don't seem educated enough.
Linda was fantastic! She was efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable with our taxes. She answered all of my questions and helped explain things. I highly recommend!
