The tax agent was really kind, polite and helpful. Even though I am low income, they were charged me $900 dollars they charged every page they made, every number entered has a value, I think it is very very expensive. I do not recommend it.
Very nice when you start, promised taxes to be worked on in completed in a week but past that date and havent even been looked at. Upon return, terrible customer service. Rude and incompetent.
