I engaged Agent Melissa Parks to handle my tax preparation on April 9th. She promptly scanned all of my documents into the system and informed me that while she could not complete my taxes that same day, she would contact me on either April 11th or 12th to review and finalize the filing. Where taxes go to die and your life goes to get more stressful. Vannessa never replied to any of my messages throughout the course of a week. Finally, I drove to the office where the branch manager personally apologized and promised that she would do my taxes in the morning and let me know when they were done. Not only did she not reach out at all the next day, she also did not do my taxes that day.
My tax was rejected filing with H & r block . I was notified a day after due 4/16 I clicked online help they asked me to pay $114 for deluxe version to fix error. after paying I was given run around absolutely no help.. issue still not fixed .. had to print out pages & mail In.. will have to pay penalty plus will probably get audited because of this money grubbing scam tax device .. they did the exact same thing to my sons taxes .. scam do not use H & R block
