Wendy Lewis, My tax preparer is outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with each year. I actually look forward to my yearly tax appointment with Wendy. She is truly one in a million!!
I am very unhappy with the services provided by the tax preparers and the administrative staff in this office. The tax preparers missed a huge deduction for which I was qualified (and had qualified for many years). I will not be able to recoup all the monies I lost due to this major oversight. The administrative staff did not seem to be on top of things either, as I received conflicting information from them regarding the availability of the tax preparers and the appointment schedule.
