Roy Zimmerman was the best tax consultant, I’ve dealt with. He is very professional, tons of experience, friendly, expeditious and I feel he saved me money with a refund, when I thought I was going to owe thousands. He really made my day, thank you, Mr. Zimmerman!
This is our third year doing our taxes with Joseph at this office in Atlantic Blvd, we are very happy with everything, wonderful place and people, very professional and helpful

Will never use this office again . Very unprofessional, and very disrespectful front desk staff. Company needs to do better customer service . No way I will do business again with this office nor this company .the guy can not give me my appointment time cause he is busy doing something else ,and he does not care and have no time for me .!!!!!
Things started off well enough and then I felt like I was left to my own devices. Documents were uploaded with no action taken. Then when I sent a message to inquire where along the process everything was, I was told I needed to provide documents, even though I had already done so 2 weeks prior. Communication lagged. All in all, a disappointment.
