worst, worst, and I mean the absolute worst decision I ever made was coming to them in 2022 to file my taxes. Not only were my taxes not filed correctly, I was also never notified that I had to download the my block app and actually accept my taxes. They charged me $160.00 for a simple return which took only 15 minutes. They should be more transparent and advise their customers up front on the price. Next year I'll do my taxes online instead. And it won't be with H&R Block.
