Marie was said to know her stuff, but she made multiple mistakes right in front of my mother. worst, worst, and I mean the absolute worst decision I ever made was coming to them in 2022 to file my taxes. Not only were my taxes not filed correctly, I was also never notified that I had to download the my block app and actually accept my taxes. Months and months of talking on the phone with different members of the team. Years later In 2025 I finally give up. I go into the office to get my w2s so I can file them myself! They charged me $160.00 for a simple return which took only 15 minutes. They should be more transparent and advise their customers up front on the price. Next year I'll do my taxes online instead. And it won't be with H&R Block.
