There's a new guy there named spencer who is horrible. I called up the day before my tax appointment, 2 days before tax day, and he gave me an earful and was yelling at me on the phone about how he left me two voicemails 24 hours prior, about how my normal lady couldn't do my tax return. He was looking at information from last year's tax return, that was totally irrelevant to this year's tax return. Worst customer service I have ever had. I have now attempted 3 times to do my taxes with them. Had a phone appointment scheduled for 6 pm and they even called to confirm. Never got a call. Called the office twice and they kept saying I would get a call from Zina. Never got a message or a call. It's been 1 month since I submitted my taxes with them.
