Worst customer service I have ever had. I have now attempted 3 times to do my taxes with them. Had a phone appointment scheduled for 6 pm and they even called to confirm. Never got a call. Called the office twice and they kept saying I would get a call from Zina. Never got a message or a call. It's been 1 month since I submitted my taxes with them. Cost is way too high ($200) for such a simple process
Mary-Lynne Donnelly is the best!
Tim is great & I enjoy working with him, but the phone system is terrible. Not only was there no answer at the Scotts Valley office most of the times I tried to call, but when I left messages with whatever office did answer, I never received a call back to address the message I left. It became very frustrating & I had to make a specific trip to the office to ask questions.
