As a customer I get told to come in with my ID and what documents they need and then the guy helping me Robert Shipe to talk at me like you should’ve brought this. You should’ve brought that it’s really weird. He talked at me like I was a retarded child because his office and his staff and everybody in there didn’t say what else to bring. They just said this is all you need so that was very unprofessional lack of communication in the office. I had a great experience at H&R Block, Mount Vernon, Ohio. Robert Shipe is very knowledgeable and great to work with and I will see him again next year.
DO NOT GO HERE. My husband had an absolutely terrible time filing his taxes with a “tax pro” at this location. First, it took them WEEKS to complete the return. He worked with Jessica who is obviously new and did not know at all what she was doing. She had him leave and come back three different times because she needed more time to work on it. We were eager to get everything done, but then had to wait another week just to sign and send everything in because she was off during that time and no one else could complete it. It ... read more
