My experience was less then fond, receptionist, talked down to me like I was a child. With multiple insults questioning my intellect. Would not recommend going here to do your taxes.
Don’t use H&R Block. Today they charged me almost 600 dollars for taxes that took 13 minutes. Highway robbery. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
It was honestly smooth sailing. As long as all of your paperwork is in order, it's a great experience
