The Rio Road H&R Block in Charlottesville, VA is utterly incompetent and extremely unprofessional. After my wife and I made our appointment online, they rescheduled and then deleted our appt. Then, they couldn't find a time to squeeze us in and simply scanned our return paperwork in to send to another office an hour away. That office failed to upload anything to our account so we couldn't review it online and had to drive to the office to review, correct, and sign.
