If I could do ZERO stars I would. Unprofessional. I will admit to being late for my appointment. Willingly sat in my car for 1 hour to speak to someone and even willing to choose a better time for them since I was late. The tax pro SAT in the waiting room while I spoke to reception and literally judged me as I walked in (keep in mind I’m heavily tattooed but that’s neither here nor there). Filed my taxes online and paid for there sorry ass deluxe price just for them to lie in my face saying my shit is getting withheld. I've claimed the same shit 2016 and y'all never sent me no email like that before. But all of a sudden I don't let y'all take the funds out of my refund and its a big issue. I knew I should have just used the IRS website.
