My husband and I booked an appointment online for an in-person tax preparation. We got to the office at appointment time and went inside. We were told by the guy at the front desk that they didn't offer in-person tax preparation at that office. He said that he had been too busy to call us and let us know that they only had drop off preparation. He was there alone, with no other employees and no customers in the office. My tax analyst, Ms. Bettina Williams was professional and personable in providing service to my wife and me. She asked what I considered to be, all the pertinent questions in order to provide the best outcome for us, and she answered all of our questions in a manner understandable to a layperson. I hope that she will be there next year for our service.
