I had a very disappointing experience with Karyl Duffy. Throughout the appointment, she was dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked questions about what she was doing or where to locate a document she requested, she told me to be quiet instead of offering any explanation or guidance. At one point, she asked about Chase savings interest. Longina is absolutely the best person to do taxes. We had a family member die and were so stressed. She calmed us and did the taxes and everything like the pro she is. She’s been doing our taxes for a few years now. We would never go to anyone else. The others at the office were so nice! Friendly and helpful.
These texts are for two different years and for different employees. Make sure you have your tax file and tax refund check,because they take half of the tax refund check for themselves.
