Would give zero stars if I could. Spent 15 minutes on the phone scheduling an appointment only to get there ten minutes early and then be told I won’t be seen until well after my scheduled time. Absolutely useless and I’ll never go back.
H& R Block is a scam and the 800 number the owner offers is BS as they only cover for the franchise owners.
Disappointed in this years service. Paid for peace of mind and was told I had to contact IRS myself to resolve the missing money from my returns.
Don't go here. The lady treated me like an inconvenience.
