charged $405 to file my 1099. service not worth the money. price not discussed until completely done.
Not helpful they transferred me to another branch without hearing me out.
They assured me on the phone and messaging they completed a payment plan for the balance due on my Tax Return. I get letters from the IRS that I owe money and to set up a payment plan. More assurances from HR Block that its ok and the plan is in place. I get more letters from the IRS and scan them to them HR Block. Then they tell me its my problem and to call the IRS myself, they can't do it for me. I did call the IRS, no payment plan filed by HR Block!
