I filed my taxes with Kathy Bradford on January 30th and still have not received my refund. I should have known something would happen when she kept forgetting how to do certain parts of the return. She even had the audacity to ask me for some of my refund when it comes in! When I tried to contact both the office and Kathy herself for help, I got the runaround each time. Just finished doing our taxes at this office. We scheduled our appointment at a different location but as soon as we walked in were discouraged by the service. We called this office and Keina immediately confirmed our decision to come here with her kind and friendly service over the phone. It was the same when we walked in. Our tax specialist Mr.James took his time establishing rapport with us and explaining our taxes throughly. This is a great location that cares about the people they see.
Although we got a Return completed it took more than two weeks with many errors having to be corrected.
