Horrible experience, my first time in this location 83rd & lower buckeye , 0 client centric no sense of welcoming like if they hate their job, the person who greet me , terrible personality 0 welcoming or willingness to help, with just one single expression made me walk away from this location, I have always been a client never had this problem , hr&block it’s a good company , don’t let some employees ruin it . I’ll be doing my taxes at a different location.
First time filing taxes and it went very well. All thanks to Graciela Aguirre she was nice, kind, and very helpful. I highly recommend her as a Tax Specialist to file.
